Ordering options

Company / Organisation. For existing customers who have a credit account already set up with us, orders can be placed using an official purchase order number (where applicable). After selecting goods using the shopping basket, you will be prompted to create a user name and password. You will then be asked to complete a one off online form showing your invoice and delivery address, contact details and email address. These will then be saved with your login details for future use. Once your order has been confirmed, goods will be despatched and an invoice sent.

Companies / organisations and other users can place orders online and pay directly through our SECURE server on this website using an acceptable credit or debit card.

Orders can also be placed and payment made by credit or debit card via our sales office on 01509 261256, the sales lines are open Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00 hrs and Friday 08.00 to 12.00 hrs. If you do not have a credit or debit card, payment is accepted by cheque or postal order.  Please speak to our Sales Office for details.  An answering service is available outside these times, please leave a contact telephone number and our sales staff will call you back.

Where a next day delivery service is shown, this does not guarantee that all items you order are in stock.  Your order will be despatched complete by our next day delivery service once all stock is available.  For urgent orders, please ring our Sales Office on 01509 261256 to check stock availability before proceeding with your order. We need your order by 12 noon to arrange for next working day carrier deliveries. No despatches are made on a Friday.

Please note a signature will be required for the parcel, but you can request for delivery to home, a neighbour or a work address etc. Some orders may have to be delivered on a pallet.

Prices for delivery to addresses outside England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands are for guidance only. The actual price will depend on the weight / volume of the goods on your order. Please contact our Sales Office with your order for a firm price.  *If you are unsure if you fall into the Scottish Lowlands or Highlands (according to our carriers), please contact our Sales Office with your postcode for clarification.

For ALL orders outside the UK please contact our sales office by email at sales@azpack.co.uk BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, stating the item codes and quantities you require, and the delivery address.  We will then notify you by return as to whether we are able to handle your order and the appropriate delivery cost. Unfortunately we are unable to deal with any orders outside the E.U.
